Ride Classifications & Ratings

Choosing the right ride ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. If you are new to the club or unsure of your fitness level, we recommend starting one level below your estimated ability. You can always move up once you are comfortable with our group dynamics.

Key Ride Terms

No-Drop Ride: The group stays together. No one is left behind; the ride leader or a "sweep" ensures everyone reaches the finish.

Drop Ride: Riders are expected to maintain the posted pace. If you cannot keep up, you are responsible for navigating your own way back.

Regroups: Scheduled stops (often at the top of hills or major intersections) to allow the group to gather and rest.
