The Pedalers on-line store is open

• The store will be open for on-line orders from today, May 3rd and close on Monday May 21st 2012
• All garments then go into production and will ship to the team clothing manager (Sarah Bousfield)
• We will have pick-up times and places once the orders arrive (approx 5 weeks after the store has closed)

Important Pactimo Policies for Online Team Stores

Your use of Pactimo’s Online Team Store is in accordance with the following policies. Your use of Pactimo’s Online Team Store is an agreement to be bound by the below policies.

1. Customers should make certain their items ordered including quantities and sizes are exactly what are desired.

    ·         All sales entered and paid for on Pactimo’s Online Team Store are final.

    ·         No CANCELLATIONS or REFUNDS

    ·         Sizes and/or quantities CANNOT be changed once an order is paid for. 

2. Clothing and Shipping are paid for in full at the time the order is placed. 

3. All orders are consolidated and will be delivered only to your clothing manager.

4. All questions or problems related to the clothing must be communicated through the designated team clothing manager. 

5. Team Passwords must be obtained through your team’s clothing manager and not directly from Pactimo (see item 2 below)

6. All other Pactimo policies available through our online ordering systems apply.

INSTRUCTIONS TO ACCESS YOUR TEAM STORE

1.  Go to:  https://order.pactimo.com/teams/selection  /or/ if entering the website at www.pactimo.com  click on CUSTOM TEAM APPAREL and click on TEAM STORE 

2.  Enter your Team Store Password:  renopedalers (Passwords are case sensitive).

3.  Enter with your existing personal Login or follow instructions to create a new personal account in the Team Store 

All sales entered and paid for on Pactimo’s Online Team Store are final.

No CANCELLATIONS or REFUNDS

Sizes and/or quantities CANNOT be changed once you have paid for your order.
